Ebook Shopping: Caveat emptor

 I was doing some book shopping and I said to myself: "Hmmm, I'm in the mood for Canadian Young Adult Science Fiction..."  This looked pretty neat:

Wanting to know more about the book I fired up trusty Wikipedia where I found out this:

What really chaps me I guess is that the Kobo Books store has a section for free books so it's not like it can't be done. Not to say that paying 10 ish dollars to a Canadian author is a bad idea it just pays to shop around.
